An Introduction to Your New Sling
Hi! My name is Leah and I design and make baby slings. I specialize in soft cloth sling-type babycarriers: the easy-to-use custom pouch or tube sling and the adjustable, one-size-works-for many ring sling. Both styles are quite practical and effective at soothing both parents and babies. I first learned about baby slings from the writings of the attachment parenting guru, Dr. Sears. Because slings are relatively unknown where I live, I learned how to babywear my children by researching on the internet and lots of trial and error with my two girls. Blazing along the trial & error path, I figured out that I could re-work traditional sling designs to make slings easier and more comfortable to use. The better the design of my slings became, the easier my job as a parent became. I started Sweet Things Baby Slings because, other than raising my family, there's nothing more rewarding than making babies & parents smile.

If you use it correctly, your sling should be safe, comfortable, practical, durable, and a real back-saver.
*The slings are sewn with care: I take my time sewing my slings, sew 'em all myself, inspect all fabric and seams before mailing the sling to you, and will not sell a sling that appears unsafe to me.

You have 2 weeks to return a sling to me provided it is returned in perfect condition and that you contact me first before sending it back.
If I erred:
If you are displeased because the sling was not made to your measurement or because there appears to be a significant fault with the sling, I will pay the return shipping.
I will then either refund your money, re-size the sling if possible, or replace it with a similar sling, your preference.
If you or the person who gifted the sling to you erred:
If the sling is made to your measurement and your measurement was off or the sling doesn't feel right to you, contact me and we'll see what we can do. If the sling needs to be sent to me, you will be responsible for shipping it back and forth. If the sling is a pouch sling, new, and is too short, I might be able to exchange it for you. If it's a ring sling and is too short, I can add a tail extension for not much money.
If you have a Sweet Things Baby Slings and your size has changed significantly:
(and you won't find this sort of offer just anywhere), the offer to re-size your sling applies to the lifetime of the sling. This way, say you order a pouch sling for yourself and then lose that extra 20lbs you've been trying to shake, you can send your sling in to me for re-sizing to your new measurement.
